What is Self care?

Better Self Care helps you to take control of your own health and well-being. Whether we want to have a healthier lifestyle, better manage our long term health problems, or enhance our mental well-being simple changes can make a big difference.

Obviously, we all still need help from healthcare services sometimes. But we are the real experts when it comes to our own health and well-being and good self care is often the best care of all.

Self Care isn’t just about living for longer.  In fact, it’s actually more about being healthy for longer.  A healthy body and mind means we get to live life to the full, with fewer limitations on what we do and how we do it.
